The Registration of the IEEE ISCC 2018 is open <<Access Here>>
Registration is available by following the respective links in the registration fee table below. Registrations will be done through FEESC – Fundação de Ensino e Engenharia de Santa Catarina. The whole process is straightforward, totally secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants can also pay extra pages and buy extra Social Dinner tickets, in addition to the main conference.
For authors with multiple accepted papers, one conference author registration is valid for up to two (2) papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE ISCC 2018 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Notice
Dear participants, please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else. Although the code enables submission of up to two papers, it can only be used once, by you, to create an author account for these submissions. Kindly note that requests for invitation letters for visa purposes should be sent to educon@feesc.org.br. Please indicate “INVITATION LETTER REQUEST” in the subject field.
Important:
You must first register for the conference and pay for your registration before requesting an invitation letter.
Authors, to be published in the IEEE ISCC 2018 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, remember that each paper must have a conference author registration associated with it (covering up to two accepted papers).

Note: Conference Dinner is not included in the IEEE Member/Non Member STUDENT Registration, it can be purchased separately. IEEE Member/Non Member STUDENT Registration requires documentation that proves a registered Student status, such as: student’s ID or a letter from the Head of Department/Director of Doctoral School prepared on the notepaper of the institution. This documentation must be sent to educon@feesc.org.br, indicating “ISCC 2018, STUDENT STATUS DOCUMENTATION” in the subject field. STUDENT Registration without association to a student documentation will not allow the corresponding attendee to access the conference. |

Registration Rules
- Each paper must have an AUTHOR REGISTRATION type (either IEEE Member or Non – IEEE Member). Each Author Registration can associate a maximum of two papers. Papers cannot exceed 8 pages (6 pages plus 2 extra pages allowed for an additional fee).
- Conference Registration does not include participation in workshop sessions.
- Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of €50 will be applied. No cancellation will be allowed after May 1, 2018. In the impossibility to attend the conference, you can transfer the registration to another person.
